Do you fancy a cake, but also a crumble? Then look no further as this covers both! A moist, soft sponge studded with blueberries, topped with a brown sugar crumble and finished with a light, lemon glaze.

Baked in a 1lb (454g) loaf tray.

Cake storage:

Please keep in the fridge for 3-5 days, but get out into room temperature 30-60 minutes before eating.

The cakes can be frozen. They can also be eaten straight away!
