Welcome to Grumpy Panda, a small family-run business based in Toftwood, Norfolk. Our team consists of Emma, Joe, and Mia (11 years), who inspired the name of our company.
The name "Grumpy Panda" originated from Emma's love for pandas, and Mia's typical childlike perspective that Emma is always grumpy. The name stuck, and we thought it would be an excellent name for our company.
At Grumpy Panda, we are passionate about providing high-quality, ethically sourced coffee, hot chocolate, and loose leaf teas that cater to all tastes and preferences. We only sell what we enjoy drinking ourselves, ensuring that our customers can enjoy the same quality drinks that we do.
Our artisan hot chocolate recipe features the finest Belgian cocoa and real chocolate, resulting in a rich, velvety flavour. Our customers rave about our hot chocolate, which is perfect to enjoy in the Velvetiser!
We purchase our coffee from a local, family-run roastery with over 40 years of experience. They enhance our coffee's unique and exquisite flavours with the open flame and cast iron drum roasting process, resulting in the ultimate flavour and aroma. Our coffee is roasted by eye with no computers involved, adding a personal touch to every cup. All our coffee is ethically sourced following the NKG Code of Conduct. The NKG Code of Conduct is a set of ethical and social standards that the Neumann Kaffee Gruppe (NKG) and its suppliers follow to promote sustainable, responsible, and ethical coffee production.
