Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you would like to check your order history and save your payment details so ordering again is easier and faster. Can I place an order without creating an account?
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at email@example.com just in case there is a problem with your order. Please check your spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation is there.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, at firstname.lastname@example.org, we may be able to cancel your order before it is processed. If not, your order will be dispatched and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it. (Unfortunately cakes cannot be returned.)
Can I alter my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, at email@example.com, we may be able to alter your order before it is processed. Sadly, we are unable to modify your order once we have started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online. or contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my order arrive?
As this is a new venture for Grumpy Panda we will only be sending goods out for delivery once a week to begin with. Please be aware that Royal Mail is currently struggling to keep up with the volume of deliveries. Therefore it is possible that any order sent by Royal Mail, could be delayed. Please bear this in mind when placing your order, deliveries are estimated and not a guarantee. We send all cake orders on a 24 hour tracked service. Unfortunately, in some cases, Royal Mail are still needing longer to make deliveries. If we are able to deliver ourselves to you locally, the cakes will be dispatched as soon as we can.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you will receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you will be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you will be prompted to log in and process your payment. You will then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.
Where is my refund?
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can return unopened Coffee to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it is undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns on cakes due to health and safety.
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email us at email@example.com with the details. We aim to respond within 48 hours. If you just do not like the product for any reason, we will gladly accept it back as a return, providing it is in “as new” condition, in its original packaging, with all labels attached. Please note cakes cannot be returned due to health and safety. Please do contact us if you have any issues.
