What You'll Need:
- 240 ml Strong Brewed Coffee, chilled (We recommend using The Every Day Grump Coffee, The Good, The Bad And The Grumpy Coffee, or I'd Hit That - Ethiopian Mocha Coffee for best results)
- 240 ml Single Cream (You can also use milk for a lighter version)
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar (or to taste)
- 1 Tablespoon Grumpy Panda Hot Chocolate, mixed with a little hot water to make a paste
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Ice cubes (to fill about 360 ml)
- Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
Here's How to Make It:
Brew your coffee stronger than you typically might. This is because the flavour will dilute when you blend it with ice. Let it cool in the fridge.
Once the coffee is chilled, combine it with the single cream, sugar, Grumpy Panda hot chocolate paste, and vanilla extract in a blender.
Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a tall glass, top with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa if desired.
